Put your skills to better use. Bradley Chevrolet in Franklin, Indiana, is looking for an individual with experience in the collision industry to join our team as an Estimator. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and writing thorough repair plans. Your ability to build rapport will be necessary as you work closely with your customers to understand their repair needs to offer valuable options. You will also be responsible for following up with customers and insurance to help ensure satisfaction. If you have proven experience as an estimator, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities

• Immediately greet all customers, entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Verify phone numbers, addresses and email addresses with each customer contact and update customer information.
• Generating thorough and complete insurance and customer pay estimates
• Complete supplemental estimates as vehicles are disassembled
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Verify and source correct parts
• Understand repair procedures
• Follow up with customers to assure satisfaction
• Provides on-going support to insurance clients as needed.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
