Job Type: Direct Hire Location: Detroit, MI Schedule: Hybrid (Monday-Wednesday in office | Thursday-Friday remote) Hours: Monday-Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Compensation: $50,000-$58,000 Benefits: Medical, Dental & Vision starting on Day 1, annual bonus opportunity, generous PTO, life insurance, short & long-term disability, HSA & PPO medical plan options Sanford Rose is partnering with a well-established real estate investment and management organization seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join its accounting team. Responsibilities Process vendor invoices and accurately enter invoice information into the accounts payable system. Review invoices and supporting documentation to ensure accuracy before processing. Prepare and process vendor check payments. Assist with payment distribution and maintain organized payment records. Communicate with vendors and internal departments regarding invoice and payment inquiries. Maintain organized accounts payable files and supporting documentation. Assist with account reconciliations and other routine accounts payable activities. Provide additional administrative and accounting support as neededs Qualifications 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience. Experience preparing and processing paper checks. Strong technology aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new accounting systems. Experience with Yardi or a similar property management/accounting system is a plus. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr JFS and Associates
