Join us in shaping the future of clinical trials and making a meaningful impact in healthcare!As a full-time Regional Manager, Project Management, you will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing team of Project Managers and Project Assistants across the assigned region. The role provides operational leadership, people leadership, and customer oversight while ensuring consistent delivery of high-quality project management services aligned with business objectives. You will act as the primary point of contact for project management activities and work closely with internal stakeholders including the Global Director of Project Management, regional leadership, Commercial, Operations, Finance, IT and other cross-functional teams.This role is instrumental in creating a scalable regional management structure that enables sustainable business growth, strong employee engagement and consistent customer experience.
