Full-Time: Sunday‑Thursday (11pm‑7am) Now Hiring Security Shift Supervisors to work in the areas of Brickell, FL! As a Security Shift Supervisor, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, Healthcare, Education, Government and more. The Security Shift Supervisor will act as a liaison between site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager and professional security officers. Supervise staff on assigned shift, providing coaching, recognition and discipline within approved empowerment range. Must have (No Exceptions) 3+ Years Security Experience (Supervisor Experience required) Fluent, English, and Spanish, required Valid Florida Security License D License Valid Driver's License Able to ride a bike Minimum Requirements Be at least 21+ years of age Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
