We are searching for a bilingual Commercial Property Manager for a real estate investment firm that oversees commercial assets across the US and internationally. They are searching for an individual that has experience running a portfolio of triple Net Lease properties and core properties. This role will report to the Director of Asset Management and oversee and mentor the Assistant Property Manager. You will manage a portfolio of mostly retail and a few industrial buildings, providing them best in class service.

This position is not your normal Property Manager where you are living onsite at different locations. This role is onsite mostly in their offices located in Brickell. You will be working mostly with leases, estoppel certificates, and financials, involved with more of the analytical side of property management.

Bilingual English and Spanish is also required as you will be interacting with investors in Latin America in Spanish

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in real estate, business administration, or related field is required. Masters degree in Real Estate preferred

1+ years in commercial real estate property management

Experience with leases and estoppel certificates

Bilingual English and Spanish is required

This role will provide a base salary, bonus, time off, and excellent benefits. Relocation is not offered.
