My client, a reputable healthcare company in Alpharetta, GA, is hiring for a Hybrid Benefits Verification Specialist!

Job Description:

• The Benefits Verification Specialist will support the billing and benefits operations team by ensuring accurate benefit information and providing general administrative support.
• Verifying patient insurance benefits with accuracy and attention to detail
• Answering inbound phone calls and assisting with basic inquiries
• Supporting general administrative and operational tasks as needed
• Running and reviewing reports to ensure upcoming billing is accurate prior to month-end
• Conducting basic claims research to resolve discrepancies
• Collaborating with the internal team to ensure a smooth and timely billing cycle

Qualifications to Apply:

• Understanding the verification process as well as strong communication skills
• Basic claims knowledge
• Computer proficient

This is a Contract position based out of Alpharetta, GA 30005.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
