Bilingual Human Resources Business Partner (Nashville)

We are partnered with a national staffing and outsourced services company supporting the hospitality industry is seeking a Regional Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR contact for its contingent workforce across an assigned multi-state region.

In this role, you'll be the go-to HR partner for regional field leaders and their teams providing hands-on employee relations support, coaching managers through performance and conduct issues, and helping resolve people-risk situations before they escalate. You'll manage employee relations matters end-to-end, including investigations and corrective action, while building trusted relationships with leadership across client sites. You'll also collaborate with the corporate HR team on policy, benefits, and leave administration, and support workers' compensation case coordination.

This is on on site position based out of their Nashville, TN or Charlotte, NC office and is a fast-paced, field-facing role best suited to someone who is self-managed, responsive, and comfortable being a stabilizing presence in high-urgency environments.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the day-to-day HR contact for regional teams and leaders
• Own employee relations matters from investigation through resolution
• Coach managers on performance management, attendance, and conduct
• Identify regional trends and share insights with HR leadership
• Partner with corporate HR on benefits, leave, and policy interpretation
• Support workers' compensation return-to-work coordination

What You Bring

• 5+ years of progressive HR experience, ideally in staffing, hospitality, retail, or multi-site/multi-state settings
• Ability to work onsite 5 days in a week in their Nashville, TN or Charlotte, NC office
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's preferred
• SHRM-CP/SCP or PHR/SPHR a plus
• Strong employee relations, investigations, and compliance knowledge
• Ability to travel within the region approximately 25% of the time (expenses covered)
• Spanish language a plus, not required

Compensation & Benefits

• $70,000–$80,000 base salary
