Onboarding Coordinator

Salary Range $95-125,000 (negotiable based on experience) Responsibilities Assist with new hire onboarding from offer acceptance through first day and beyond, coordinating required paperwork and first-day logistics. Assist with onboarding checklists and tracking across a high volume of concurrent hires. Own benefits administration, including enrollment, employee questions, and coordination with providers. Manage onboarding workflows in our systems keeping employee records accurate. Support 30/60/90-day check-ins to track new hire progress. Assist with separation processes, including exit paperwork and exit interviews. Maintain and improve process documentation as workflows evolve; assist CD team on process improvements and special projects. Qualifications 5-7+ years of experience in benefits administration, HR coordination, or a related role. Working knowledge of employee benefits plans and applicable regulations (ACA, COBRA, ERISA, etc.). Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail. Experience with HRIS/benefits administration platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment supporting a growing organization. Experience with union/prevailing wage benefits administration a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
