Robert Half is working with a respected client on the North Shore seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its team. This is a permanent role reporting into a Customer Service Manager that will join an established team. Our client is looking for a Customer Service Rep with at least 1-2 years of experience, top notch communication skills, and personality is key.

Day-to-day responsibilities involve processing orders, generating quotes, and responding quickly to client inquiries. This is a fast-paced environment where good systems skills are important.

For the right level of experience our client is looking to pay a base salary around $60K + bonus. Strong benefits too.

• At least 2 years of experience in a customer service, accounting support, or order management position.
• Hands-on experience with invoice processing, order entry, and preparing customer quotes.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients and colleagues.
• Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities efficiently.
• Comfort working with business systems and software in a high-volume environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy when handling financial and customer-related information.
• A detail-oriented, team-oriented approach and a positive attitude in day-to-day work.
