At Benz Tech, we're building something different.
We're looking for an experienced automotive technician who takes pride in doing quality work, enjoys solving problems, and wants to be part of building one of the best independent repair shops in Northern Indiana.
We've built our reputation specializing in Mercedes-Benz, BMW, and other European vehicles, and we're expanding to service the other vehicles our customers already own.
You do NOT have to be a European car expert.
If you're a great technician with a strong diagnostic foundation, a positive attitude, and a desire to keep learning, we'll help you with the rest.
What You'll Find Here- Monday-Friday only (No Weekends)
- Flat Rate Pay
- 40-hour guarantee while you get established
- $90,000+ earning potential for experienced technicians (MUCH more Possible!)
- Dedicated Service Advisors who actually sells work
- Shop Foreman who enjoys helping technicians succeed
- 16,500 sq. ft. facility with 12 lifts

We're not looking for someone who simply replaces parts.
We're looking for someone who enjoys diagnosing vehicles, fixing them correctly, learning new things, and taking pride in their workmanship.
You should have:
- At least 5 years of professional automotive repair experience
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills
- Experience with drivability, electrical, suspension, steering, brakes, and engine repair
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Pride in doing the job right the first time
Whether your background is Asian, Domestic, Diesel, or European, we'd like to have a conversation.
