Location: Coral Gables, FL

Assignment Duration: This is a contract position with a duration of approximately 13 weeks.

Schedule: Monday through Friday / 8-hour days from 08:00 AM to 04:30 PM.

Job Description: The Physical Therapist will provide evaluations, develop treatment plans, and implement therapy interventions in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting. The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care and successful rehabilitation outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments and evaluations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Document patient progress and modify treatment as necessary.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of Florida.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation or LTACH setting preferred.
