Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR)

Overview The Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) will be responsible for improving the business success of our customers through face-to-face contact and knowledge of their operation and needs. The primary objective of the PSSR is to build relationships and establish a true partnership that will make our customers more successful by anticipating and/or recognizing their needs and supplying parts, small equipment and setting up service for their equipment. This position will be based out of Minot, ND. Responsible for the coverage, retention, development, and customer satisfaction within your assigned territory Responsible for selling parts, service, and small whole goods within your assigned territory Utilize CRM program to track customer visits, prepare quotes, and organize Work with the PSSR Manager to develop territory and promote General Equipment and Supplies Work with parts department, service department and territory salesman to keep customers up and running efficiently Identify new customers within assigned territory to promote GES Perform the necessary functions required for machine or equipment service and/or parts quotes i.e. undercarriage evaluations, G.E.T evaluations, fit ups, record keeping, and recommendations Attend educational and training programs covering company policies, department objectives, products services and programs, professional salesmanship and personal growth Responsible for keeping accurate expense records and submitting them weekly Ability to balance the business needs and goals of the company while looking out for the best interests of our customers Job Description Description Overview: The Product Support Sales Representative (PSSR) will be responsible for improving the business success of our customers through face-to-face contact and knowledge of their operation and needs.
