Medical Account Specialist II - NEUROLOGY - RICHMOND, VA

Regeneron seeks a Medical Account Specialist II for Rare Neurology to engage neurology specialists and stakeholders across diverse care settings in the Richmond, VA area. The role focuses on delivering clinically-focused messaging, developing account strategies to grow market share, and collaborating with cross-functional partners to address customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Engage rare neurology specialists and stakeholders to deliver clinically-focused messages and achieve revenue and product goals
• Partner with reimbursement, access, and cross-functional teams to address customer needs and develop territory strategies
• Build strong relationships with clinicians, nurses, patient advocacy groups, and internal colleagues across multiple functions
• Conduct market profiling to understand regional healthcare delivery systems, influencers, and payer structures
• Develop comprehensive territory and account plans to establish, generate, and expand market share in assigned accounts

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree or advanced certifications preferred
• Minimum 5 years successful neurology sales experience with specialty/biologic/REMS products
• At least 2 years working with key opinion leaders in large group practices, academic hospitals, or managed care
• Proven track record of consistent sales performance in complex markets with integrity and compliance
• Demonstrated success with product launches and results-oriented approach
• Strong account management skills with analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Current experience calling on large neurology group practices or integrated delivery networks

Compensation: $158,950 - $220,000 base
