Full-Time opportunity in Austin, Texas Schedule: 3-4 days a week

With a 24/7 emergency service and multiple specialty departments under one roof, you'll have the opportunity to practice truly collaborative medicine in a state-of-the-art facility. The Critical Care team is supported by a dedicated ICU with advanced monitoring capabilities, high-flow oxygen therapy, a wide range of blood products, and access to advanced diagnostic imaging and specialty support.

In your day-to-day, you will:

Manage high-acuity emergency and ICU patients, including triage and stabilization

Lead or participate in interdisciplinary rounds and contribute to protocol development

Perform advanced therapies (e.g., mechanical ventilation, high-flow oxygen) based on available equipment

Support program growth initiatives such as blood bank services or residency development

Engage in ongoing CE and mentorship opportunities, including POCUS and echocardiography training

What You Bring:

DVM or equivalent veterinary degree with eligibility for state veterinary licensure.

Board Certification in Emergency & Critical Care or Residency Trained in Emergency & Critical Care.

Strong communication skills with a compassionate, client-centered approach.

A collaborative mindset and commitment to exceptional patient care.

A passion for continuous learning, teamwork, and advancing specialty medicine.
