Litigation Associate

Our client, a prominent national law plaintiff's law firm, seeks an experienced litigation associate to join its growing team. This is an excellent growth opportunity for an attorney interested in being part of a trial-oriented firm devoted to strong client advocacy. The firm offers highly competitive compensation and benefits, starting at 100k-120k+ and up depending on experience. This position is on-site in the firm's office in Albuquerque. Responsibilities Day-to-day handling of both pre-litigation and litigation cases Drafting and filing of litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions and memoranda of law Guide plaintiff clients through the case process Interaction with expert witnesses to include conferences, drafting of expert reports and affidavits Attendance and preparation for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years in a personal injury practice on either the plaintiff or defense side. Candidates must be able to demonstrate strong writing and research skills. Experience preparing for and participating in trials is strongly preferred. #J-18808-Ljbffr Lexitas Legal Talent Solutions
