The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various positions. They will collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. The Recruiter will also conduct background checks, verify references, and assist in the onboarding process for new hires. The role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to multitask and prioritize, and a strong attention to detail. Required Skills Must be local to Ocean Springs and work in the office. Experience in full-cycle recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing Knowledge of recruitment best practices and legal requirements Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to effectively evaluate candidate qualifications and match them with job requirements Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database tracking systems.
