Human Resources Manager

Location: Corporate Office – Columbia, SC Employment Type: Full-time, Exempt About the Role National consulting engineering firm seeks an HR Manager based at its Columbia, SC corporate office. The role requires strong knowledge of benefits administration, multi-state employment law, and HR systems including MS Office, ADP, and Employee Navigator, with the ability to learn additional platforms quickly. Primary Responsibilities Manage employee onboarding and lifecycle processes Administer benefits plans and related processes Process and manage workers’ compensation claims Maintain the employee handbook, policies, and compliance with applicable employment laws Provide day-to-day HR support and assistance to employees Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field Experience with benefits management and multi-state employment law Proficiency with MS Office; experience with ADP and Employee Navigator preferred Strong grammatical, listening, and speaking skills Solid working knowledge of core HR functions and recordkeeping requirements #J-18808-Ljbffr Engineering Design & Testing Corp.
