As our Floor Supervisor , you'll be a working leader on the restaurant floor—supporting your team, helping guests, maintaining our standards, and making sure each shift runs smoothly. No two shifts look exactly the same, and that's part of the fun. What You'll Do Lead the Team Support and guide front-of-house team members throughout the shift Help build a healthy team based on Trust, Healthy Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Attention to Results Train, certify, and coach new and existing team members Provide feedback and support to help teammates succeed Help reinforce Home Run Inn standards, practices, and expectations Support management functions as assigned Create an Amazing Guest Experience Conduct pre-shift checks and table visits Help ensure guests receive friendly, timely, and memorable service Address guest questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism Jump in wherever you're needed to keep the guest experience moving Work front-of-house positions during high-volume periods or staffing shortages, including Server, Cashier, Bartender, or Host Keep the Restaurant Running Smoothly Conduct opening and closing duties Help address ordering and scheduling issues Monitor restaurant cleanliness, safety, and service standards Promote a culture of safety and reinforce safe behaviors across the team Help implement new standards and practices Keep training materials and resources up to date Step in wherever needed to support the restaurant team Be a Working Leader This isn't a role where you'll spend your shift standing on the sidelines. You'll be right there with your team—serving guests, solving problems, coaching teammates, and jumping in when things get busy. Love creating great experiences for guests Enjoy helping teammates learn and grow Can stay calm, focused, and positive during busy shifts Communicate clearly and confidently Are comfortable giving and receiving feedback Take pride in maintaining high standards Can make decisions and solve problems in the moment Enjoy working as part of a team Aren't afraid to jump in wherever you're needed What You'll Bring Two-year college degree or equivalent direct restaurant/FOH experience 1–2+ years of restaurant front-of-house experience preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Basic math skills and the ability to operate a POS/cash register Ability to remain calm and professional during busy or challenging situations Ability to stand for extended periods and frequently lift, reach, bend, and move throughout the shift Working knowledge of the predominant language of our guests Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Must be at least 21 years old Food Handler certification required within 30 days of hire Safety shoes required within 30 days of hire Why Home Run Inn?
