This role also provides remote technical support to assist customers in troubleshooting and optimizing machine performance. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with technical expertise in industrial automation and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and deliver customer training programs on equipment setup, operation, and maintenance.Create training materials (manuals, videos, and presentations) tailored to customer needs.Conduct on-site and virtual training sessions.Provide remote troubleshooting support via phone and video.Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to automation and packaging machinery.Document customer interactions in a CRM or support system.Collaborate with engineering and sales teams to improve customer success.Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies.Qualifications3+ years in technical training, field service, or customer support for industrial equipment.Experience delivering remote troubleshooting and training.Knowledge of packaging automation, industrial machinery, and mechanical systems.Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.Proficiency with virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, Teams) and training software.Familiarity with CRM or technical support ticketing systems.Bachelor's degree in engineering, technical education, or related field preferred.BenefitsCompetitive compensation + bonus and 401k with employer match.Comprehensive health, dental, vision, and disability insurance.Generous PTO, paid holidays, and a flexible work schedule.Onsite gym, team events, and a culture of continuous improvement.
