Technical Sales Manager

As a Sales Leader, you’ll be the connector between customers, product innovation, and market expansion. Your Role Grow revenue by leading expansion into new and existing markets. Build and manage high‑value client relationships, guiding long‑term partnerships. Represent customer needs and industry insights to support product development. Partner across teams—from R&D to marketing—to deliver measurable results. Establish sales targets and KPIs, driving accountability and achievement. Represent the company at trade shows and professional events. Your Background Bachelor’s in business, engineering, or related field. 3–5 years of technical sales experience within manufacturing environments. Familiarity with tools like AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and FMEA. Strong communicator and presenter, with consultative sales skills.
