A contract opportunity is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist skilled in pediatrics to serve K-12th grade students across three schools near Elizabeth, NJ. The position is available for immediate start, allowing candidates the flexibility to work 3–4 days per week, with 5 days possible if preferred, and can accommodate part or full-time schedules based on your needs.

Qualifications:

• Current and valid Speech-Language Pathology license in New Jersey
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC) required
• Demonstrated experience providing SLP services to pediatric and/or school-aged populations
• Ability to effectively manage a caseload of approximately 60–65 students
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with developmentally appropriate therapy approaches for diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech-language therapy to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
• Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and families
• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify communication disorders and monitor student progress
• Maintain thorough documentation and compliance with state and federal regulations
• Consult with staff and parents to support students’ communication goals within the academic setting
• Travel between three assigned schools as part of your weekly schedule
