Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent required
• Valid SLP license in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain before starting)
• Strong background working with pediatric populations, particularly within K-12 school settings
• Ability to assess, diagnose, and provide evidence-based intervention for a variety of speech and language needs
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with students, teachers, and families
• Experience managing IEPs and progress documentation preferred
• Adaptable and positive, with a commitment to student success

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy services to students, using individualized treatment plans
• Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments
• Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student outcomes
• Develop, update, and maintain IEPs and related records
• Participate in IEP meetings and professional development sessions
• Provide guidance and support to classroom staff on communication strategies
• Foster an engaging, inclusive learning environment
