What You'll Do

• Conduct thorough evaluations for patients spanning pediatric, adult, and geriatric demographics using both standardized assessments and observational techniques.

• Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions centered around enhancing communication, language fluency, vocal expression, and swallowing proficiency.
• Collaborate seamlessly with physical therapists, occupational therapists, healthcare professionals, caregivers, and families to establish integrated care approaches.
• Provide insightful education to patients and their families, nurturing progress beyond the therapy room.
• Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions in speech therapy, ensuring a smooth continuum of care through the treatment process.
• Maintain precise and timely documentation aligned with state, federal, and organizational protocols.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
• Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you have yet to achieve ASHA certification.

Certifications

• Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of starting employment.
