Make a meaningful impact supporting elementary students as a school-based Speech-Language Pathologist during the upcoming academic year. This full-time, contract position runs from September 4th through June 25th, with a consistent Monday-Friday schedule from 8:15AM to 3:15PM, totaling 35 hours per week.

Work directly with a dedicated elementary caseload, providing expert speech and language services in a supportive school environment. This role calls for a clinician who is experienced in school settings, comfortable collaborating with district staff, and effective in managing a varied caseload.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Active New Jersey SLP licensure required (CCC, not CF or SLPA due to supervision limitations)
• Prior experience working with children in a school-based setting is essential
• Familiarity with special education processes, including documentation, testing, and assessments
• Ability to provide comprehensive services and manage required caseload responsibilities
• Successful completion of onboarding requirements: TB test, physical exam, and fingerprinting for agency and district
• Reliable transportation and comfort with the local community and commute

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct speech and language therapy to elementary students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments
• Collaborate seamlessly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress and maintain compliance with school and district protocols
• Participate in IEP meetings and team consultations as needed
