Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an approved institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not yet certified by ASHA.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of starting employment.
