Conduct comprehensive assessments for patients across all age groups utilizing standardized evaluation methods and clinical observations.

Formulate tailored therapy plans focused on both immediate objectives and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing challenges.

Implement individualized therapy sessions that concentrate on aspects such as language acquisition, fluency, articulation, and swallowing.

Partner with physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing teams, medical practitioners, family members, and caregivers to develop integrated care strategies.

Educate patients and their families to enhance continuity of care beyond therapy sessions.

Provide support for occasional inpatient assessments and therapeutic interventions, ensuring seamless transitioning in patient care.

Maintain up-to-date and accurate documentation that meets state, federal, and organizational standards.

Pursue continual professional growth by staying abreast of developments in the field and collaborating with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is pending.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

A Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within 30 days of hire.

Strong proficiency in evidence-based practices for clients of all ages, alongside a deep understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing challenges.

Exceptional interpersonal skills for effective communication with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.

Ability to adapt therapy strategies to respect diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
