Registered Nurse- Full Time Area: All Surrounding Areas 

Must have Home Health Experience, Willing to travel is a must!

Position Overview The Registered Nurse for Skilled Visits/Infusion provides high-quality home health clinical services to patients in their homes. We are seeking outgoing, energetic, and enthusiastic nurses who are passionate about patient-centered care. Salary: Discussed upon Interview 
Visit Quota: 25 visits weekly 
On-Call: Rotation required Skills:

• Wound care
• Wound VAC management
• IV antibiotic administration
• Lab draws / specimen collection
• Foley catheter care
• O&A (orientation and assessment)
• Medication refills
• Vital signs monitoring
• Infection control and prevention

What You’ll Do

• Provide skilled nursing care based on each patient’s individualized Plan of Care
• Communicate changes in patient condition to the Director of Nursing and appropriate staff
• Educate and counsel patients and families throughout the care process
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation per local, state, and federal regulations
• Participate in performance improvement initiatives and ongoing professional development
• Safely manage wound care/VAC therapy, trach/vent (if applicable), infusions, PICC lines, and disease management
  • Training provided if needed
• Perform skilled visit treatments as required
