Location: North Houston, TX (Near IAH)

Fluiconnecto USA is looking for a proactive, customer-focused Customer Service / Account Specialist to join our growing team. If you thrive in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and coordinating across multiple departments, this is an opportunity to make a real impact.
As the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts, you'll work closely with Sales, Production, Planning, Quality, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to ensure orders are delivered accurately, on time, and with exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do
- Manage customer accounts from order entry through delivery and invoicing.
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, order status, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Monitor customer orders, forecasts, inventory, production schedules, and shipments.
- Resolve order, pricing, shipping, quality, and invoicing issues quickly and professionally.
- Maintain accurate customer records and ERP data.
- Identify potential issues before they impact the customer and drive solutions.
- Build strong customer relationships through responsive communication and follow-through.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Service, Account Management, Order Management, Sales Support, Supply Chain, or Manufacturing Customer Service .
- Experience managing customer orders from receipt through delivery.
- Manufacturing, industrial, OEM, hydraulic hose, or industrial distribution experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Epicor, Oracle, P21, or similar).
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Outlook skills.
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering outstanding customer service.
