Responsibilities include: Install, commission, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain complex industrial equipment. Diagnose mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, hydraulic, pneumatic, and control system issues. Perform preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and system upgrades. Deliver exceptional technical support while minimizing customer downtime. Train customers on proper equipment operation and maintenance best practices. Prepare detailed service reports and communicate findings with engineering and service teams. Maintain the highest standards of safety while traveling throughout the Southeast. We're seeking someone who enjoys working independently, solving technical challenges, and providing exceptional customer support. Ideal candidates will have: 3+ years of field service experience supporting industrial equipment Experience with one or more of the following: Cryogenic equipment LNG systems Rotating equipment Pumps Compressors Process equipment Mechanical or electromechanical systems Strong troubleshooting skills involving mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, instrumentation, and control systems. Experience with equipment installation, startup, commissioning, and preventative maintenance. Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.
