Desired skills and experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Active state licensure to practice as an SLP
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric and school-aged clients
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative educational team

Key responsibilities:

• Evaluate, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
• Provide direct therapy services and document ongoing student progress
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support academic success
• Develop IEP goals and participate in meetings as needed
• Maintain thorough and timely clinical records
• Adapt therapy approaches to engage diverse learners and meet each child’s unique needs
