Production Operator Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 18.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:15pm to 12:45am)

• Apply conformal coating to printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) using coating equipment and established procedures.
• Mask, prepare, and inspect circuit boards to ensure proper coating coverage and product quality.
• Perform visual inspections using UV lights and magnification tools to identify defects and complete touch-up work as needed.
• Operate curing equipment, follow process specifications, and accurately complete production documentation.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area while following quality standards, ESD procedures, and chemical handling guidelines.

Production Operator Qualifications:

• Previous electronics manufacturing, assembly, machine operation, coating, painting, soldering, or quality inspection experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail, hand-eye coordination, and fine motor skills with the ability to work on small electronic components.
• Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English and follow detailed work instructions, procedures, and safety guidelines.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to train on 1st shift for approximately 2 weeks before moving to 2nd shift.
