ServiceNow Now Assist
Moveworks AI Assistant
AI Control Tower
Predictive Intelligence
Workflow Data Fabric
AI and agentic use-case identification and prioritization
Service desk, application, and infrastructure operations automation
Architecture and decision framework for Now Assist vs. Predictive Intelligence vs. Moveworks
Integrated ServiceNow + Moveworks solution architecture
Conversational AI and workflow execution
AI-assisted and autonomous workflows
Knowledge generation, triage, and resolution automation
AI operating model and governance
AI lifecycle, risk, compliance, support, and governance frameworks
Strong understanding of enterprise AI architecture and workflow automation
Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders

Preferred Experience:

Experience designing enterprise ServiceNow AI solutions
Experience implementing Moveworks integrations with ServiceNow
Experience with AI/agentic automation across IT service management and infrastructure operations
Experience establishing AI governance and operating models
Experience with enterprise-scale conversational AI implementations
Experience with ServiceNow workflow automation and intelligent service management
Strong stakeholder management and technical architecture experience

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science
