The One 23 Group is seeking an experienced IT Service Desk Specialist to support the Enterprise Service Desk for DeCA IT infrastructure. You will handle Tier 2 tasks, troubleshoot across Windows, Mac, Linux, mobile devices, and networked printers, and ensure timely resolution for over 11,000 store users. Required are an associate degree (or HS/GED with 3 years in Windows computing), DoD 8570.1 IAT II clearance, ITIL training, and at least one active certification in Windows/Microsoft ecosystems. #J-18808-Ljbffr The One 23 Group
