Job Description Step into a fast-paced Operating Room travel assignment at a surgery center in Tacoma, Washington. You’ll support a busy OR schedule with 10‑hour days built around a 4/10s structure (typically 6:30 a–5 p with flexibility to 8:30 a–7 p), with minimal call. Expect an average pace of about 30 cases per day, with OR suites actively turning over through a variety of specialties. This role is ideal for an experienced OR professional who enjoys variety in the day‑to‑day. Common cases include ENT, robotics, GYN, cystoscopy, ortho, and general surgery. Surgeons are in house for routine needs, with additional specialty coverage handled via on‑call when they’re not onsite. Anesthesia and trauma are managed in the Main OR 24/7, while this center’s OR environment keeps your focus on surgical flow and timely readiness for each case. COVID vaccine is required. BLS and a current Washington license are required, and EPIC is used for documentation. Orientation is approximately two weeks and includes EPIC training/testing, modules, and department‑specific onboarding.
