And a familiarity with a plasma cutter. Understand and read shop drawings (CAD) Create cut and parts lists and materials needed for projects Ability to fabricate accordingly Machining Using drill press, milling machine and lathe Drill holes Countersink Tap threads Electrical 3 Phase

Low voltage experience is a plus Other Maintenance Duties Perform basic maintenance duties for facility, including janitorial and small repairs Perform basic maintenance on motorized equipment, including oil changes, preventive maintenance, and basic repairs and electrical troubleshooting.
