Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Job Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN | Per Diem
Schedule: Day Shift | Evening Shift | Night Shift | Overnight | 8-Hour & 12-Hour Shifts
Work Setting: Hospitals, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Rehabilitation Centers, Nursing Homes, Assisted Living Communities Job Summary
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide safe, high-quality patient care in a variety of healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will be committed to delivering exceptional nursing care while collaborating with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to promote positive patient outcomes. Key Responsibilities
- Admit, transfer, and discharge patients according to facility protocols.
- Monitor, record, and report patient vital signs and changes in condition.
- Administer medications as prescribed and monitor for adverse reactions.
- Perform wound care and collect blood and urine specimens as required.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and organized patient documentation.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and healthcare team members.
- Restock medical supplies, medications, and equipment as needed.
- Follow all facility policies, safety standards, and infection control procedures.
- Graduate of an accredited Licensed Practical Nursing (LPN) program.
- Active LPN license in the state of employment.
- Minimum of 6 months of LPN experience .
- Current CPR/BLS Certification.
- Ability to lift, push, pull, or support up to 80 lbs .
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Annual physical, TB test, background check, and COVID-19 vaccination may be required based on facility guidelines.
