Jeff Wyler Toyota of Clarksville is looking for an experienced, motivated Shop Foreman to join our growing Service Department. WHAT YOU'LL DO Lead and support the technician team on a daily basis Assist technicians with difficult diagnostics and complex repairs Help assign and prioritize repair orders based on technician skill and workload Monitor workflow, productivity, efficiency, and quality Serve as a technical resource and mentor for technicians Ensure repairs are completed accurately, efficiently, and according to manufacturer standards Help maintain a clean, safe, organized, and professional shop Work closely with Service Advisors and Management to keep vehicles moving through the shop Assist with quality control and final repair verification Help develop technicians through coaching, training, and hands-on support Lead by example and promote a positive, team-oriented shop culture Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety procedures WHY JOIN JEFF WYLER TOYOTA OF CLARKSVILLE? Qualifications Several years of professional automotive repair experience Strong diagnostic and mechanical skills Previous Shop Foreman, Lead Technician, Team Leader, or similar leadership experience preferred Toyota/Lexus experience is a strong plus ASE certifications are preferred Excellent communication and organizational skills The ability to diagnose problems and help others solve them A strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction A professional attitude and strong work ethic The ability to motivate, coach, and hold a team accountable A desire to grow with a respected automotive organization #J-18808-Ljbffr Jeff Wyler Automotive Family
