Best Coffee Express is seeking a driven Sales Representative (Hunter) to win new B2B business for premium coffee, water, and beverage solutions. This role owns the full new-business sales cycle—from prospecting and relationship building through negotiation and contract close—before handing successful accounts to the customer success team. The ideal candidate has an established commercial network, strong knowledge of the Central Florida market, and a proven record of closing B2B deals.

How You'll Contribute

• Prospect, develop, and close new B2B accounts across commercial markets.
• Leverage existing relationships, referrals, networking, cold outreach, and market intelligence to generate qualified opportunities.
• Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers, including property managers, facility managers, office managers, HR leaders, operations teams, and business owners.
• Maintain a strong, active pipeline of qualified prospects and consistently pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop trusted-advisor relationships with prospects and uncover their operational, employee-experience, budget, and business needs.
• Follow up strategically on interested prospects, revisit stalled opportunities, and reengage contacts as circumstances or decision-makers change.
• Conduct in-person and virtual sales meetings, presentations, and equipment demonstrations.
• Present tailored coffee, water, and beverage solutions and develop proposals in coordination with the internal sales team.
• Negotiate commercial terms, overcome objections, protect company margins, and drive opportunities to signed contracts.
• Own opportunities from initial outreach through closing, accurately forecast expected closings, and meet or exceed monthly and quarterly new-business targets.
• Maintain complete and accurate CRM records, including activities, contacts, proposals, follow-ups, deal status, and next steps.
• Partner with the Sales Admin Coordinator to keep the pipeline organized and moving forward.
• Participate in weekly sales meetings and provide clear pipeline, market, competitive, and forecast updates.
• Ensure closed-account details, pricing, equipment, contracted services, and customer expectations are fully documented for onboarding and customer success handoff.

What Makes You a Great Fit

• 2+ years of B2B sales experience.
• Proven ability to generate, manage, and close new business.
• Established network of commercial contacts in Orlando and Central Florida.
• Experience in office coffee, vending, water, beverage services, facilities services, hospitality, or a related B2B industry is strongly preferred.
• Knowledge of the local commercial market and experience selling to workplaces, residential communities, property management companies, dealerships, hospitality organizations, or similar customers.
• Comfort with prospecting, cold calling, networking, asking for referrals, and creating opportunities independently.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
• Ability to identify decision-makers and navigate multi-stakeholder or complex sales processes.
• Persistent, competitive, self-motivated, and disciplined approach to follow-up and closing.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal sales, operations, and customer success teams.
• Strong organization skills and comfort using CRM and sales-management tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
