Based at Vertiv (Ironton, Ohio) — Hired through Express Employment

Is this you?

Do you enjoy translating a wiring diagram into a clean, functional control panel?
Can you strip, terminate, and secure conductors so they’re robust and serviceable?
Are you comfortable pushing up to 50 lbs on a conveyor as part of production flow?

The work you’ll do

You’ll wire electrical and electronically controlled components on panels and complete connections from the panel to the unit. Expect to route wires per schematic, strip ends, attach the right connectors, and cinch tidy harnesses with zip-tie tighteners. You’ll use shop and electrical tools daily—hammers, pliers, screwdrivers, wrenches, air guns, strippers, solder gun, and cutters—and support additional reasonable manufacturing tasks as needed.

What we’re looking for

Commitment to complete Wiring Certification training through Vertiv.
Demonstrated PLC wiring experience.
Background in equipment installation & wiring.

Hours and pay

Monday–Saturday schedule; mandatory overtime is currently in place.
$16.80 per hour base pay.
$1/hour shift differential for 3rd shift.

Pre-employment requirement

Must be able to pass a pre employment drug screen and a background check!
