**Role Description**

\n

\n

Ready Hire Staffing is seeking a Senior Project Manager for a part-time, remote position overseeing staffing initiatives and internal operational projects. This role requires at least three years of relevant project management experience and the ability to coordinate multiple assignments, manage deadlines, and keep clients and internal teams informed.

\n

\n

The Senior Project Manager will translate client requirements into project plans covering staffing needs, responsibilities, schedules, and deliverables. You will work closely with staffing agents, clients, and company leadership to coordinate recruitment activities, track onboarding milestones, address delays, and support timely placement.

\n

\n

Responsibilities include maintaining project schedules, monitoring resource needs and approved budgets, reviewing progress, and resolving issues affecting delivery. You will prepare status reports, document decisions, and follow up with team members to keep assignments on schedule. You will also review completed projects and improve procedures for managing client requests, handoffs, and reporting.

**Qualifications**

\n

* At least three years of experience managing projects in staffing, recruitment, operations, logistics, or a related field.

\n

* Demonstrated ability to lead projects from planning through completion, with responsibility for schedules, deliverables, and follow-up.

\n

* Experience coordinating multiple assignments, setting priorities, and addressing competing deadlines.

\n

* Ability to assess client requirements and turn them into clear tasks, resource needs, and measurable project goals.

\n

* Strong problem-solving skills, including identifying risks, investigating delays, and implementing corrective actions.

\n

* Experience tracking project performance, maintaining accurate records, and preparing clear progress reports.

\n

* Effective written and verbal communication skills, with experience working across teams and maintaining professional client relationships.

\n

* Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello, or similar platforms, along with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

\n

* Ability to work independently in a remote environment, maintain dependable communication, and handle confidential client and employee information responsibly.
