Schedule : Mon-Thurs 7am-4pm, Friday half-day

Start Date : 7/27/2026

Pay Rate : 35-40/hr

Required Skills & Experience :

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of warehouse and purchasing experience
• 1+ years of inventory experience
• Experience with MRP software (strongly prefer Deltek Costpoint)
• High attention to detail
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Procurement software, email)

Job Description :

Insight Global is seeking a Procurement/Inventory Control Specialist to join a small federal integrator in Colorado Springs, CO. This role is responsible for supporting manufacturing, purchasing, and inventory operations to ensure materials and components are available for production. On a day-to-day basis, you will create and maintain product records, bills of materials, and purchase requisitions within the MRP system while coordinating with suppliers to source parts, compare pricing, and track delivery timelines. You will inspect incoming materials, document receipts, process inventory transactions, and maintain accurate inventory levels through regular cycle counts. The position also involves organizing and maintaining the inventory area in accordance with ISO 9001 standards, including labeling, cleanliness, and overall inventory control. Additionally, you will prepare parts for assembly by cleaning, kitting, staging, and handling sensitive or fragile materials with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. The role supports shipping and receiving functions by packaging, receiving, and distributing materials and equipment needed for manufacturing and customer orders.
