Key Responsibilities for the Billing Administrator:
- Review and validate invoices against ERP, payroll, and material billing records
- Prepare, track, and maintain billing information using Excel
- Submit invoices through customer portals and ensure accurate data entry
- Research, reconcile, and resolve billing discrepancies
- Verify payroll hours, billing rates, and contract compliance requirements
Qualifications for the Billing Administrator:
- Prior billing or invoicing experience
- Strong data entry and accuracy skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Experience working with ERP systems and invoice processing preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Excel Macros
- Experience with union billing environments
- Power BI exposure or experience
