Accounts Receivable Specialist

Waste Connections is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join our GROWING team in Colorado Springs Colorado!

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay: $22.00-$26.00 per hour depending on experience

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepare and distribute invoices for assigned billing cycles to customers

Organize produce and finalize invoices for all special and sophisticated accounts.

Analyze and resolve issues with internal and external customers.

Create weekly accounts receivable reports and update payment status information related to past due accounts.

Process credits/refunds to customers as necessary.

Reconcile Wires credit cards cash and check payments

Online decisioning for unidentified payments.

Contact customers as needed.

Maintain daily deposit log

Assist in month-end and year-end close.

MINIMUM JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Must be detailed oriented and well organized.

Ability to read write comprehend and communicate in English.

2 years of Accounts Payable/Receivable experience preferred

High School Diploma or GED required.
