This full-time contract spans the academic year, starting August 3, 2026, and concluding May 26, 2027. Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Virginia SLP license required
• Prior experience providing services in school settings preferred
• Ability to manage a dynamic caseload with flexibility as assignments may vary
• Willingness to complete the VA Dept. of Social Services check immediately
• Ability to obtain a current VA TB test
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy both in person (3 days) and remotely (2 days) each week
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to optimize student outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in alignment with school or district regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team meetings
