Key Responsibilities\n

Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve a combination of collaborative and individual therapy sessions, along with administrative tasks to ensure efficient patient management. Specifically, you will:

• Conduct intake assessments to develop individualized treatment plans for patients and their families.
\n
• Facilitate therapy sessions with couples as well as individual sessions with each partner to address relational dynamics.
\n
• Provide therapeutic support for various issues, including but not limited to alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, job stress, and family conflicts.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), to effectively support your clients.

• Document session notes and treatment progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance and quality of care.
\n
• Engage in regular supervision and training sessions for professional development and clinical integration.
\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The patients you will serve include adults and children/adolescents from diverse backgrounds experiencing a wide range of psychological challenges. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will allow you to address issues within family dynamics, including blended families, communication difficulties, conflicts among family members, and adjustment to life changes such as separation and divorce. By focusing on the entire family unit, you will help improve relationships and foster healing within the family structure.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Hold an active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Possess a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
