Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Location: Onsite

Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM

Compensation: $75,000 annually plus yearly bonus and annual pay increase

Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire

Target Start Date: Beginning of October

We are looking for an experienced Human Resources Manager to support a full range of people operations for a manufacturing company in Greenville, Pennsylvania. This onsite role is a contract-to-permanent opportunity and is well suited for someone who enjoys balancing day-to-day HR administration with employee support in a manufacturing setting. The position will work closely with leaders and staff to strengthen hiring, onboarding, benefits coordination, compliance activities, and a positive workplace environment.

Responsibilities:

• Lead hiring activities from sourcing through offer coordination for a variety of plant and office roles.

• Organize and deliver onboarding processes that help new employees transition smoothly into the business.

• Manage relationships with contract staffing partners and oversee contingent workforce needs.

• Respond to employee benefit questions and support enrollment, updates, and related documentation.

• Administer workers’ compensation cases and unemployment matters while maintaining accurate records and follow-up.

• Coordinate leave-related processes, including short-term disability administration and supporting required documentation.

• Assist with retirement plan audit preparation by gathering records and ensuring HR files are current and complete.

• Maintain compliant employee records and contribute to core HR administration across the employee lifecycle.

• Provide support for non-union payroll activities as responsibilities expand over time.

• Partner with supervisors and employees to encourage strong communication, trust, and a productive workplace culture.

• Prior human resources experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Practical knowledge of recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and general HR administration.
• Familiarity with benefits coordination, leave administration, and compliance-focused HR processes.
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills with employees at all organizational levels.
• Highly organized approach with the ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced onsite setting.
• Experience using HR systems and maintaining accurate employee data and documentation.
