Pay & Shifts Available

1st Shift

Monday–Friday | 6:30 AM – 2:30 PM

$19/hr

2nd Shift

Monday–Friday | 2:30 PM – 10:30 PM

$20/hr

3rd Shift

Sunday–Thursday | 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM

$21/hr

Weekend Shift

Friday & Saturday: 2:00 PM – 2:30 AM

Sunday: 12:00 PM – 12:30 AM

What You'll Be Doing

• Assemble precision quick-release couplings and components
• Use hand tools, fixtures, and assembly equipment to build products
• Inspect finished products to ensure quality and functionality
• Package completed products for shipment
• Follow work instructions, quality standards, and safety procedures
• Maintain an organized work area using 5S principles
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
• Help meet daily production goals while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous assembly, production, manufacturing, packaging, or general labor experience
• Comfortable using hand tools and manufacturing equipment
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Good manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic

Preferred Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Prior inspection or machine operation experience
• Experience working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

This is a Contract position based out of North Branch, MN.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
