Onsite HR Lead: Employee Relations & Policy Projects

In this full-time role, you will serve as the on-site HR lead during the HR Manager’s absence, managing daily HR operations and driving a corporate Employee Handbook revision project in collaboration with an external consulting firm. Candidates should have over 5 years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and compliance, with solid knowledge of California employment laws.
