Onsite HR Lead: Employee Relations & Policy Projects

Vaco Recruiter Services is seeking an experienced Employee Relations & HR Project Specialist to support its Huntington Beach site. In this full-time role, you will serve as the on-site HR lead during the HR Manager’s absence, managing daily HR operations and driving a corporate Employee Handbook revision project in collaboration with an external consulting firm. Candidates should have over 5 years of HR experience, particularly in employee relations and compliance, with solid knowledge of California employment laws.
