Role Description
Wir suchen jemanden, der aus Produktideen scroll-stoppende Reels macht und unsere Marken auf Instagram und TikTok sichtbar wächst. Die Stelle ist 100 % remote, mit freier Zeiteinteilung; wählbar als Teilzeit, Minijob oder Freelance mit 10-20 Stunden die Woche.
Aufgaben
- Du entwickelst Content-Ideen und -Konzepte für Instagram und TikTok – von Hook über Skript bis Storyboard und setzt sie in Reels und Carousels um.
- Du erkennst Trends, Sounds und Formate früh und übersetzt sie in konkrete Ideen für unsere Marken.
- Du planst mit uns den Redaktionskalender und bringst eigene Ideen ein.
- Du betreust Community und Kommentare und hast Freude am direkten Austausch.
- Optional, je nach Stärken: Recherche und Ansprache passender Creator:innen für Kooperationen.
Qualifications
- Du nutzt Instagram und TikTok aktiv selbst und verstehst Creator-Marketing aus der Praxis.
- Du schreibst gut: locker, klar, charmant – und mit einem Auge für Details.
- Du hast ein Gespür für Ästhetik, Trends und Zielgruppen.
- Du arbeitest selbstständig, zuverlässig und zügig.
- Erfahrung mit Canva, CapCut, Notion o. Ä.
- Wichtiger als der perfekte Lebenslauf: Du probierst gern Dinge aus, lernst aus Daten und Feedback und willst Marken mitaufbauen.
