Operations & Sales Director, Real Estate Workforce Solutions

Overview A wonderful commercial and residential building services and management firm is seeking a Director, Workforce Solutions to join their team. This role is responsible for the P&L of the unit, the management of its staff, sales to potential clients and account coordination, recruiting and screening of potential temporary employees, development of marketing and expansion plans, and serve as the primary relationship manager with residential clients. There will also be a direct report to manage in this position. Salary commensurate with experience: $80-100k base range + discretionary bonus + great benefits + PTO Onsite Monday – Friday in Midtown, NYC Hours: 9-5 pm, with flexibility to answer emails or calls after hours as needed Responsibilities Recruitment, management, training, and development of Workforce Solutions staff. Accountable for sales growth targets, maintaining awareness of external and internal competitive landscape, expansion opportunities, customers, markets, new industry developments and standards. Client relationship manager to include regular site visits with proactive approach of addressing customer concerns. Respond to all clients’ requests and emergency situations. Monitor sub-contractors, order uniforms, supplies and equipment as needed. Manage recruitment and training processes of temporary field staff. Maintain accurate employee records, including hours and payroll information. Track employment periods of temporary replacement workers to ensure they do not exceed five months. Organize and monitor background checks for hired staff. Collaborate with Accounts Receivable to ensure proper invoicing; assist in the collection of payments from residential clients per contract specifications. Mentor and directly manage another staff member. Requirements 3-7+ years of experience relevant to real estate industry in management, office management, business development and/or human resources; residential buildings or related real estate management in sales and customer service is a plus Strong attention to detail and professionalism – this is a high-profile client facing role Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required Tech savvy with solid MS Office skills including Word, Excel, PowerPoint Ability to wear many hats and interface with staff, manage a direct report, sales, and client relations Please submit your resume to apply! #J-18808-Ljbffr Career Group
